Why does my login not work?
I need to log into the library catalog to check on my holds, books that are due, and books that I'd want to check out, but every time I press the log in button when all my information is in, it says "Login Failed. Try Again." It has done that from last week.

Answer
Try this first:
Unless you changed it, your PIN is the last 4 digits of your library card number. Be sure to enter your library card number without any spaces.
Other reasons could include an expired library account or a block due to unpaid fines.
